Michael Christifulli is a versatile professional with expertise in public policy, strategic communication, and sales leadership. A Siena College graduate and former Division 1 golfer, he began his career in Washington, DC, gaining experience on Capitol Hill in the United States Senate followed by working in the private sector at distinguished public affairs firm, DCI Group. Transitioning into sales, Michael excelled in high-performance sales roles at Simpler Trading and CISO Global, specializing in driving new business growth, aligning stakeholders, and delivering strategic results.
At Simpler Trading, Michael made a transformative impact on the Sales Team. Handpicked by leadership to lead the New Business Team, he developed scalable sales processes and plans, which led the team to achieve over 150% of its quota in Q3 2022. As the founder of the Strategy Team, Michael collaborated with executives to identify growth opportunities, driving a $318k+ revenue increase in its first quarter of inception. His efforts exemplified a commitment to fostering innovation and achieving sustainable success.
In Loudonville, NY at Siena College, Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. On the golf course, Michael received numerous accolades, including being named the 2017-2018 MAAC Player of the Year and Siena College Male Student-Athlete of the Year.
Beyond his professional achievements, Michael is deeply committed to philanthropy. He is a member of the Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix, the oldest philanthropic organization in Phoenix dedicated to serving underprivileged children. Michael is also active in the Lyme Disease community. A 4th Generation Arizonian, Michael enjoys golf, travel, and is passionate about commodity and energy markets.
