Scott Gould is a seasoned veteran in the private lending space and has been a pivotal player in over 50,000 loans throughout Arizona. With a combined volume of almost $10B in loans, Scott has a deep understanding and first-hand experience in market cycles and the nuances of the private lending sector.

Scott Gould has been working in the private lending space in Arizona for over 30 years. He has been involved in over 50,000 loans, approaching $10B in volume and has weathered multiple market cycles. Besides being a seasoned veteran in the private lending space, Scott also has a wealth of knowledge in construction and development. He has consulted in thousand of custom-built homes across Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Northern Arizona.

Scott graduated from University of Minnesota, Mankato with a degree in Marketing and Finance. After college, he honed his sales skills by working as a sales rep for a wholesale furniture manufacturer with territories across 5 state. Desiring to work in the financial sector, Scott eventually transitioned away from sales to become a financial planner with American Express, a position he held for 8 years before delving into private lending.

Scott has been living in Arizona since 1985. He prides himself on his unparalleled work ethic and passion for educating the youth about financial discipline. In fact, it is rare to see Scott without his financial calculator by his side. Scott is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing tennis, and traveling with his wife Theresa.
